Little You

Learning every day.  Every day there are things to learn. Not a day goes by when I don't learn something.

Travelling through life is a journey for our souls.  Personal Development is a wonderful example of how we all have the opportunity to grow.  There is always room for growth.  If ever life feels as if it is passing you by or there have been missed opportunities, remember, it is never too late for inner development. 

Inner development is a massive term, what a generalisation.  Inner growth and development.  Learning about our own sense of who we are and how the external world reflects back to us what we are carrying on the inside. 

Feeling good leads us to have healthy minds and bodies, healthy minds and bodies lead us to feeling good.  Feeling not so good therefore, surely must be detrimental to our health, both in body and mind.  Lifting our spirits to know that there is more to life than the drama currently in front of us, has got to be a helpful step.  This little person you are experiencing now, ie you, is not who you are.

Well, the identity of the person you know to be you, is you, but it is not JUST who you are.  You are part of a much bigger identity.  Your higher self, imagine, if you will, a giant you.  A Big You, who is watching every move you make as Little You.  This is what is going on for you as we speak.  Honestly.  You are just a very small version of yourself.  You may feel big, you may think that nothing could be bigger than you and you would be wrong.  There is a bigger version of you.  Knowing there is a bigger version of you looking down and watching your moves, does this help to know that  you are not on your own?  I don't know that it does.  It is like knowing there are Angels who watch over us.  Good, I am glad there are angels who watch over us, but I haven't got access to their power, so what good is that?  Huff.  Well, this is one of the points of personal development.  Learning to be small.  Knowing what limited power feels like.  yes, honestly, I know it can be frustrating to the point of excruciating.  This is one of the many reasons we have chosen our life experience.  So we can know what it feels like to be small.

So, no matter what your dress size, how much money you have in the bank, the size of the house you live in, nothing compares to your Higher Self and your ability to grow by giving back and loving as much of it as you can.
